Gerard Alessandrini has been successfully lampooning Broadway musicals for over 30 years, using their hit songs but changing the lyrics. If you haven’t seen Les Miserables, The Book of Mormon, Once, The Lion King, Miss Saigon and you do not know who Chita Rivera, Liza Minnelli, Julie Andrews, Mandy Patinkin and Cameron Mackintosh are, you will be completely at a loss. But if you do, you are in for a good time. The barbed jokes, vocally and physically, are spot-on. The second half is particularly funny. The talented cast of four includes Anna-Jane Casey, Sophie-Louise Dann, Damian Humbley and Ben Lewis.
